【SHARE TRAX 宮崎台】冒険の始まりだ！第1回D&Dダンジョンズ＆ドラゴンズ会 Resident Report
サウナのあるシェアハウス【SHARE TRAX宮崎台】に入居中のFredさんが、レンタルスペースを活用してダンジョンズアンドドラゴンズ（D＆D）というゲームの主催をしました。
ダンジョンズアンドドラゴンズ（D&D）は、1974年に発売されたファンタジーテーブルトークRPGで、プレイヤーが冒険者として物語を進行させます。ダンジョンマスター（DM）が物語を導き、プレイヤーはキャラクターを操作し、クエストを解決したり戦闘を行ったりします。想像力と協力が求められるゲームです。
まだ日本語を勉強中のFredさんですが、頑張って日本語でレポートを書いてくれたので、ぜひ読んでいってください♪

Hi there! I’m Fred – Resident Number 2XX at Miyazakidai.
今年の2月、SHARE TRAXで私たちは最初のダンジョンズ&ドラゴンズ会を行ってもらいました。
シンプルなアイデアから始めたけど今古き友も新たな友も楽しめる大冒険になりました！
This February, we had our first Dungeons & Dragons session at Share Trax.
It started as a simple idea. Now it’s blossomed into a full-on adventure with great friends new and old.
ご存知ない方がいるかっと思うがダンジョンズ&ドラゴンズはキャラを作り新たな妄想世界を体験できる楽しいサイコロゲームです。このゲームに絶対に夢中になるときっとサイコロやゲームの地図やフィギュアとゲームブックを使いこなしたいこだわりになる！
If you’re not familiar – Dungeons & Dragons is a fun, interactive dice-rolling game that allows you to play as interesting characters and interact with exciting new worlds. When you fall in love with this game you end up collecting dice, maps, figurines, books and more. That’s why the Share Trax space was perfect for our party.
20面サイコロの殴りによって福運と悲運がかかっている。１が出れば災害。しかし20が出ると勝利と財宝が手に入れます。
東京はさすがに広くてたまにコミュニティがなかったら寂しいです。だからD&Dは見事に友達を作り一緒楽しめる素晴らしいゲームです。
Depending what you roll on a 20-sided die – things can go great or they can go terribly wrong. Rolling a 1 can mean perilous failure, while rolling a 20 can reward the players a successful victory in battle and some treasure too.Tokyo can be so big, and sometimes a little lonely without community. That’s why D&D is a wonderful way to be creative and make friends.

私はゲームマスターです。危険と魔法に溢れているフェーワイルドっていう世界で私は設定を作ってプレーヤーたちを導く役割です。今回の冒険はけっこう意外だった。竜を討伐物語ではなく今回は竜を助ける設定を作りました！
I am the game-master – which means I write the story and guide the players through the dangerous yet mystical world known as the Feywild. But this is not your usual story of adventure. Instead of your typical story fighting a dragon, my friends had to rescue a dragon!
この大きなテーブルはサイコロを殴るのにぴったり。ゲーム中でスナックやピザとソダをいただくのも食べやすいです。The huge table made for the perfect place to roll the dice. There were plenty of snacks, pizza and soft drinks to go around.
ストーリーでプレーヤーたちが竜のかごの鍵を見つけてその道中ででかい蛇と戦った。宝のロールは落ちたが成功の20面で魔物を見事に留めを決めました。
In this story, the players had to find the key to the dragon’s cage and battle giant snakes to get there. They rolled terribly on finding any treasure but a successful 20 was able to give the killing blow to the monsters.
生憎に終電が間に合うためにゲームはそこで終了でした。道中で切れるのは残念でしたがまた今回のセッションを楽しみしています！
Sadly, we had to finish there so my friends wouldn’t miss the last train home. I wish we didn’t have to work the next day but can’t wait to play again soon!
