The first floor has five storefronts, and the second floor has eight private rooms in a shared house.
A 6-minute walk from Nippori Station, a 9-minute walk from Sendagi Station,
and a 12-minute walk from Nezu Station and Uguisudani Station
There is a co-living space separate from the living room.
The common areas include a courtyard and rental spaces,
which can be used for exhibitions, sales events, and other events.

Atelier Co-Living Share House
The Yanaka Apartment is currently undergoing a full renovation of a single apartment building,
with the first floor being converted into a store with an open layout and the second floor into a shared house.
In an area steeped in shitamachi culture, we open our courtyard and first floor to the community as retail spaces,
and our shared housing supports residents’ creative pursuits.

and the second floor is a shared house.
We retained a retro atmosphere that evokes a sense of nostalgia.
Atelier Co-Living
In addition to the living-dining area, which includes the kitchen and bathroom facilities, there is an “Atelier Living” space where you can work and socialize outside of your own room.
All rooms are private and lockable
To ensure guests can enjoy both socializing and private time, all rooms are private.
